Powerful hydraulic and battery powered rescue tools

Spreaders – hydraulic and battery powered

A safe but fast grip in the material to be spread is vital for carrying out rescue operations with a spreader tool. Weber-Rescue has therefore developed replaceable spreader tips, for example, which on some models are equipped with extra barbs for a better grip. The ergonomic and user friendly design makes the spreaders easy to operate.

Powerful, ergonomic and operator friendly spreaders from Weber-Rescue. With a well thought-out design and functionality and with a focus on ergonomics and safety, Weber-Rescue has developed hydraulic and battery operated spreaders for rescuing people in the event of an accident.

These powerful spreaders are available both as hydraulic powered and battery powered tools, and are constructed from lightweight, high strength aluminium, which is extremely important for the weight without compromising on strength.

Hydraulic spreaders
Spreaders from Weber-Rescue have a lightweight design, but at the same time are extremely powerful. The spreaders undergo an innovative hardening process, which contributes to a longer life, as well as a spreading force between 35-171 kN 90-470 kN.

A wide range of models makes it easy to find a spreader to suit your needs. Some models are equipped with hardened barb tips for an even better grip in the material. The innovative design with barbs allows you to achieve a firm grip and a quick rescue.

The most popular model is SP44AS, a medium sized spreader that is available both as a hydraulic and battery powered tool. Model SP40C is a new, lightweight but very strong spreader, which is also becoming more popular with many fire and rescue services.
