Ball valves are supplied in a wide range of metals and the valve seats are made from e.g. PTFE, RPTFE, PFA and UHMWPE. They are available in 2-way, 3-way and 4-way variants and contain “spring load” valve seats that offer a tighter leak integrity in both low and high pressure systems, while minimizing wear on the seat valve due to potential pressure increases.
The ball valves go up to 1,380 bar and can operate in both low and high temperatures from - 18 °C to 232 °C.
Ball valves can also be supplied with an actuator with an option for 2-, 3-, 4-, 5- and 7-way angles. In high temperature applications, it may be advantageous to select an actuator to avoid physical contact with the valve handle.
